To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must:

Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement will result in Account suspension and any associated funds may be subject to forfeiture where permitted by applicable regulation.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — by the same individual or through coordinated activity — is strictly prohibited. gsbet168 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations and will close any secondary Accounts identified, voiding all associated balances and bonuses.

You are responsible for:

• Providing complete, accurate, and current registration information at the time of sign-up and maintaining the accuracy of such information throughout the lifetime of your Account;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your Account;
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you;

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include:Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, BTC, and USDT. All Account balances are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you use a cryptocurrency channel, in which case conversion rates apply at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for e-wallet and FPX methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of blockchain confirmations.
• gsbet168 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply independent transaction charges for which gsbet168 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

gsbet168 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal rewards, and VIP programme benefits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, maximum win caps, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonus funds and any winings derived from bonus funds are subject to stated wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.

• Underage access: Attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions, creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, or employing strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in real money games to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing cards in live games or pool betting in tournaments;
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any technological tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not approved for human users;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, circulate, or process funds connected to criminal activity. gsbet168 co-operates fully with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks through your bank or payment provider. Any confirmed chargeback may result in permanent Account closure and recovery of funds owed;
• System exploitation: Identifying and exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the Platform's systems in a manner that provides an unfair gaming advantage.

All content on the gsbet168 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, user interface elements, game content, software architecture, and any other material — is the property of gsbet168 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. gsbet168's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gsbet168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement;
• You have provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Your Account or activity poses a risk of financial harm to the Company or other users;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after formal request;
• You have engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 above;
• Continuation of the Account presents a regulatory, reputational, or legal risk to the Company.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in a closed Account will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an Account is terminated by gsbet168 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withold all or part of your Account balance where permitted by applicable law, particularly in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or serious bonus abuse.
